'So He Found This Girl': Kia Dealership Worker Goes Viral. Now He’s Looking Up Her Location—And Driving to Indiana

Many of us have found ourselves gazing at an attractive stranger on the internet. But we probably didn't go far enough to track them down.

A woman caught her work bestie looking up the location of a Kia dealership after seeing one of the dealership workers in a sponsored ad. Now he says he’s driving to Indiana, where the dealership is located.

In a TikTok that’s generated over 2.4 million views as of this writing, Kayla (@there_shego0) records her coworker looking up the exact location of a Kia dealership.

Man Tracks Down Kia Dealership Worker

In the TikTok, Kayla sees her co-worker Clint smiling at his desk while staring at the computer.

Clint is looking at an ad for a Kia dealership in Clarksville, Indiana. One of the young female employees in the photo apparently caught his eye.

"So he found this girl," Kayla begins.

"When the ads reach the target audience," the on screen text reads.

"Are you going to work there," Kayla asks Clint.

"We’re moving to Indiana," Clint replies. He means this facetiously.

Kayla adds in a caption, "Y’all blow this up so my coworker can shoot his shot."

People were only too happy to oblige. The post has 2.4 million views as of this writing.

Several said they recognized the woman and provided her purported name in the comments.

Kayla told Motor1, "I honestly didn’t expect this to gain so much attention, much less for TikTok actually to track down Claudia. We were simply two dealership employees having a slow day and decided to make a playful video. My coworker has no intentions of moving to Indiana or pursuing anything serious, but we’ve definitely enjoyed all the traction."

The Kia employee was revealed to be makeup influencer Claudia Lorraine Fiorello (@claudialorrainefiorello).

After many viewers tagged Fiorello, she commented on the post.

"Lmao this video made my day!!" she write.

In a follow up post, Clint gives Fiorello a follow.

"Just follow her. Did you add her," Kayla asks.

"Yeah," Clint replies back.

"Alright Claudia you have 24 hours to respond," she jokes.

Kayla told Motor1, "Claudia has been incredibly kind throughout, and while their 'love story' probably ends here, it was entertaining while it lasted."

Commenters Help Clint Shoot His Shot With Kia Worker

Some viewers took the opportunity to gas up Clint in the comment section.

"This guy saved my life three weeks ago. He carried me out of a burning building. His arms felt like thick tree trunks," one wrote.

"Shout to my guy! He's great. Really good dude lent me his last few hundred bucks to buy my kids Christmas presents! 10/10 I’d die for this man. Just saying," another added.

"Great guy. Talked me off the ledge at my lowest point in life. Huge hog too," a third commented.

Others made comparisons to Michael Scott from The Office.

"Extremely Michael Scott coded," one commented.

"Real Michael Scott chair model vibes," another added.

Can Being Attractive Boost Car Sales?

Clint was jokingly willing to drive to Indiana to a random Kia dealership to take a chance on shooting his shot with Fiorello. He wasn’t the only one pondering heading to a Kia dealership after seeing her, however.

"I would never buy a Kia in my life, but I may be tempted," one person said.

So, do looks matter in sales? Put another way, do conventionally attractive people sell more?

According to an Arizona State University study, looks can improve sales. People report that attractive people appear to be more trustworthy and likeable.

"Sales were higher for attractive salespeople. Moving from an attractiveness rating of 4 to 5 on a Likert scale increased sales an average of 1.9%," per ASU.

Online commenters claim that attractive women have an advantage when selling cars.

"Hot women who are assertive and dominant do very well at selling cars. Had this girl I worked with, she was a [expletive] idiot who didn’t know anything about the product. She did very well," one Reddit user wrote.

"Second this. Attractive women that put in the work do stupid numbers," another replied.

"A lot of women I have worked with or met in the industry are absolutely monsters at their job, they crush it," a third said.

The research studies did note that workers still need to be knowledgeable about the sales job.

Was A Love Match Made on TikTok?

While people may have enjoyed the viral moment, it's pretty clear that a happy union is not in the cards.

Fiorello told Motor1, "When I first saw the viral video, I genuinely laughed. You never expect a simple dealership Christmas photo to turn into something like that! I thought it was really sweet, not creepy at all. It honestly made my day, and I was genuinely flattered by the whole thing."

"Working at a dealership, we take tons of photos for social media, but I never expected someone to pick me out of a group picture and make a whole storyline out of it. The internet is wild in the funniest way."

Fiorello added that she did follow Clint back.

"It was all in good fun, and I appreciated the kindness," she continued.

She says that she doesn’t believe that attractive people make more money in car sales, however.

"Definitely not the case for me at that job," Fiorello said.
